Ahhh I understand, induction memang sakit lah! Honestly at 38 weeks 4 days you're already so close, so just be patient and let your body do its thing naturally, go for lots of walking, eat spicy food (seriously, a few of us tried and it helped), and try to stay active. The thing is, your due date is just an estimate, so baby might come on its own anytime soon without needing to be induced. Tapi if the doctor really suggests it for medical reasons, just discuss with them WHY it needs to be done, sometimes you can negotiate for a bit more time if everything's safe.
