Eh this is something kena check dengan doctor cepat2, ya, polyhydramnios (air ketuban banyak) at 36/37 weeks boleh jadi tanda something needs monitoring, especially untuk mum's comfort and baby's safety. Kena ultrasound and proper assessment to see the AFI (amniotic fluid index) and make sure everything okay, maybe they need earlier delivery or special care depending on how much extra fluid there is. A few of my mum friends went through this and they all had their doctors involved closely, not something to manage sendiri at home. Harap your friend gets checked soon, sebab towards the end of pregnancy macam ni boleh affect labour nanti, so better safe than sorry!
