Eh, Braxton Hicks lah tu! Most of us ada masa akhir-akhir pregnancy ni, especially kalau dah 37 weeks. Sakit pinggang yang mcm nak segugut tu boleh je part of it, but kira normal lagi lah, doesn't mean you're in active labour yet. A few of my mum friends cakap they had them for weeks before actual labour started, so jangan stress sangat okay. That said, if the contractions get more painful, closer together, or ada bloody show / water breaking, that's when you call your doctor or go to the hospital straightaway. Mana tahu kan, better safe than sorry!
