37weeks days..

Aiii sabar je lagi, 37 weeks pun dah considered full term, so baby boleh datang anytime now! Kepala dah turun tu already a good sign, means your body is getting ready, tapi memang sometimes labour takes its own sweet time even after that, so totally normal to feel worried about overdue. A few of my mum friends also went through the same thing, some delivered at 37 weeks, some waited until 40+, tiap-tiap orang different! Best thing is keep in touch with your gynae, they'll monitor baby's movement and heartbeat, and if anything concerning they'll let you know what to do next. Try to rest, take walks, and don't stress too much (easier said than done I know ), baby will come when ready!
