Saya tak pernah bawa anak kat clinic tu, tapi a few of my mum friends complain pasal yang sama, susah nak get through by phone lah, memang macam tu kat some clinics ni. Try call during lunch time or late afternoon, sometimes less busy, or boleh try text/WhatsApp if mereka ada? If urgent, maybe better pergi straight to the clinic to ask, or coba clinic nearby lah sebagai backup option.
