Buasir waktu 1st trimester

Alamak, yes lah! A few of us went through this during pregnancy and memang uncomfortable. From what I've heard, some mummies swear by asking the pharmacy staff directly, dapat cream macam Proctosedyl Ointment or similar, tapi kena make sure it's pregnancy-safe first with the pharmacist or your doc. A couple of my friends also mentioned that switching to softer toilet paper, drinking plenty of water, and eating lots of fibre helped reduce the strain and pain while they waited for the cream to work, some said it took a week or two to see results. Since pregnancy hormones can make buasir worse, it's really worth double-checking with your doctor or the pharmacist about which cream is safest for your trimester, just to be on the safe side!
