Ada x ibu2 sini, naik jerawat bnyk lepas bersalin, ?? Jerawat naik dkt tepi muka, dkt rahang, smpai atas dahi. Tpi bhgian tepi dkt2 dngn ank rambut dah. Mcm mana nk atasi erk? Kenapa naik bnyk plak, berbijik2.
Ohhh I totally feel you, hormones lepas bersalin memang gila-gila! A few of my mum friends kena the same thing, jerawat naik bnyk kat jaw and forehead area, especially sebab sweat and hormones still berubah-ubah masa tu. Try to keep the area clean tapi jangan over-wash, pastu kalau boleh avoid touching your face or letting your hair touch that area sebab minyak rambut memang trigger more breakouts. Since you're breastfeeding, kena pakai skincare yang aman, I swear by Mama's Choice Face Wash and Face Moisturiser sebab they're made specifically to be safe masa bf and they actually helped my hormonal acne turun faster without drying out my skin. Usually lepas 3-4 bulan hormones stabilise dah, so hang in there!
