Puting tenggelam

Aih, jangan risau! Banyak ibu ada puting tenggelam, memang boleh breastfeed kok. A few of my mum friends juga ada ni, and they managed fine, some pakai nipple shield (those plastic thing yang kena pakai dekat puting), some practice pulling out the nipple sikit-sikit before feeding, and a few just let baby latch slowly je sampai keluar naturally. Best thing is to talk to your lactation consultant atau midwife dekat hospital sebelum beranak, so they can guide you properly and ada solutions ready kalau-kalau. Don't stress yourself lagi, ok, the body boleh adjust and baby's latch is powerful lah!
