Braxton hicks boleh tak obvious for some mums, so jangan worry kalau tak terasa sangat. Keep doing what you're doing dengan exercise dan jalan-jalan, and if you're really concerned pasal labour signs or kalau ada any unusual spotting or pain, best check with your gynae just to make sure everything's progressing well, they can check cervix and give you peace of mind!
