Aiyoh, that sounds really painful lah, especially when the contractions are so strong tapi tak membuka! A few of us went through induction and honestly, sometimes the body just takes its own sweet time, one of my friends was stuck at 3cm for hours jugak, but the doctor ended up doing a gentle sweep which helped a bit. Best to chat with your doctor or midwife about options like that, because they can check what's happening and maybe try something to help move things along safely. In the meantime, try walking around if you can, or change positions, leaning forward, squatting, sometimes gravity helps, and at least you're doing something instead of just lying there, kan?
