Honestly I'm not 100% sure which minyak angin brands are fully pregnancy-safe, so better check with your doc or midwife first, some have ingredients that might not be ideal during pregnancy. A few of us mums tried ginger candies or peppermint sweets instead for the nausea, and that seemed safer and worked pretty well, but your doctor would know best what's okaylah for your stage of pregnancy.
