gentle birth/waterbirth

Aiyo, aku tak ada experience dengan homebirth atau gentle birth sendiri, but a few of my mum friends have done waterbirth at the hospital and they said it really helped dengan pain management, rasa lebih relax in the water, kata mereka. Maybe try posting this in the labour & delivery group here, or ask your gynae about gentle birth options available dekat hospital mana, some private hospitals here dah offer it now, like they're more flexible dengan birthing positions and having your partner nearby throughout.
