Kahak baby

Aiyoh, kahak baby memang annoying kan! Biasanya normal je, but if it's affecting their breathing or feeding, kena check dengan doctor lah to be safe. A few of us tried elevating the crib slightly and doing gentle steam (pakai humidifier or bukak bathroom hot water), and sometimes just letting baby cough it out themselves works, tapi really depends on how bad the kahak is lah. Kalau you worried or baby seems uncomfortable, better get the doc to check, they can tell if it's just normal newborn stuff or something that needs help.
