Best call HTA directly because their policy mungkin berbeda, especially depending on which year during COVID you're asking about lah. A few of my mum friends who delivered during that time, some suami allowed throughout, some only during certain stages, so definitely confirm dengan hospital dulu sebelum delivery day, okay?
