Bleeding setiap hari @ 14weeks

Question

Ada tak yang alami pendarahan setiap hari? Bleeding warna choc je, bukan fresh blood. Saya 2 minggu berturut-turut warded sbb bleeding. Doc diagnosed cervical erosion @ entroption. Doc kata tak boleh buat apa, biar je. Perut tak sakit, tapi setiap hari lah ada discharge. Dah check muncung itik, 2x. Nampak luka sikit do serviks, almost sebulan dah sebenarnya bleeding/spotting ni. Scan setiap minggu Alhamdulillah baby is growing well. Kalau bergerak sikit2 takat uruskan anak mandi dan bg makan pun saya dah bleed. Kalau bedrest je, baru keluar spotting je. Kadang2 keluar banyak penuh 1 pad waktu malam. Doakan kehamilan saya survive sihat sempurna ye. (1) Adakah posisi tidur memainkan peranan jugak?(2) Boleh berlaku sampai berapa lama ye?(3) Memang tiada rawatan atau ada cara ke nak stop?

Cervical erosion memang common dalam pregnancy sebab hormone changes dan increased blood flow, tapi memang boleh jadi stressful. From what I hear, most mums in similar situations found that bedrest does help reduce the bleeding, activity memang trigger it more, so your body is telling you something. Posisi tidur probably does play a role (some mums swear by sleeping on their left side to reduce pressure), and the spotting/bleeding usually continues until baby is born or the cervix heals postpartum, though some mums reported it eased around mid-pregnancy. Honestly, since your baby is growing beautifully Alhamdulillah, the main thing is just being very gentle with yourself, light activities only, and if the bleeding becomes heavy or you get cramping, that's when to rush back to your doctor.
