Sabar la, it's so common and memang boleh heal on its own! A few of us went through the same thing, basically the wound opens up slightly after it starts healing, tapi doktor betul la, usually just needs cleaning and salve je, no stitches needed. Pain-wise varies lah, some of my mum friends said it's manageable with paracetamol and being careful when moving around, tapi ada yang memang agak uncomfortable especially when sitting atau during intimate moments early on. Best thing is follow the doctor's care instructions properly, keep it clean and dry, and be patient, it will heal, just takes a bit longer than stitched wounds. Kalau rasa infected or the pain gets worse, balik la jumpa doctor, okay?
