Kawan I kat moms group pun amik, takde apa-apa side effect yang serious, cuma arm a bit sore and sikit penat je. But since you baru habis pantang and still adjusting, maybe tanya la doctor first about timing, some of us prefer tunggu sikit pastu amik, just to make sure our energy betul2 untuk recovery and nursing. Definitely worth asking your OB or pediatrician though, sebab setiap mommy berbeza condition.
