Terasa Gatal Dan sakit apabila berdiri pada jahitan bersalin normal

Haih, memang common lah tu dalam first few weeks after normal delivery, yang jahitan pull and itch macam gila especially time stand up or duduk. Few of my mum friends kena the same thing, semua orang cakap it's normal while healing. Tapi if the pain is really bad or the itch won't settle after a few weeks, better check with your gynae or midwife just to make sure the wound is healing properly and tak infected, okay? In the meantime, panyuhlah with warm water bila boleh and wear loose underwear, that's what helped most of us!
