Eh ada lah! Most hospitals and clinics offer antenatal classes, biasanya dekat government hospitals dia free or very cheap, and private hospitals also ada tapi bayar more lah. A few of us went to classes at our local hospital, memang helpful, especially for first-time mums like you, dapat tahu breathing techniques and what to expect during labour.
