Jangan tahan-tahan, please go see your gynae or nearest clinic asap, better safe than sorry, especially with BP issues during pregnancy. A few of my mum friends pun pernah ada similar symptoms, and most turned out fine after they got checked properly, tapi kena monitor regularly ja. Tell your doctor about the shoulder and neck pain too, okay? They'll know exactly what to do. Hang in there!
