Eh mine felt more like tightening je, bukan sakit sangat, macam perut keras tiba-tiba then relax dalam few seconds, different from real contractions yg consistently painful and getting closer together. A few of us mums compare notes, and mostly we notice Braxton Hicks are super irregular, boleh 10 minutes apart then takde lagi for an hour, so if yours tak consistent and takde back pain, likely false labour je lah. Tapi since this is your first baby, better check with your doctor or midwife once just to be sure and get peace of mind!
