Chemical pregnancy

Ohhh yes, a few of us dalam group ni pernah experience this, it's actually more common than you'd think! Basically chemical pregnancy tu when you get a positive test result (hormones are there), tapi then you get your period before the pregnancy develops further, so it's a very early miscarriage that happens before you can even see anything on ultrasound. Sakit hati betul bila positive test tapi then hilang, tapi the good news is it doesn't mean anything is wrong with you or that you can't get pregnant later. I'd suggest talking to your doctor about it so they can rule out any other issues and give you proper guidance for next time, some of the mums I know underwent tests to check their hormone levels and everything turned out fine.
