Bayi 3 bln sembelit

Adoi, memang payah kalau baby sembelit kan, lagi-lagi kalau kena depend on suppository je untuk berak A few of my mum friends yang ada baby 3 bulan BF kena hal yang sama, honestly, at this age, their gut is still maturing so it's quite common, tapi since dia kena depend on the suppository, better check with your paediatrician lah to make sure everything's okay dan ada other options yang safer for daily management. In the meantime, make sure baby minum enough, if BF, latch bagus ke x, sebab sometimes sembelit is a sign of under-feeding; if baby dah ready for intro foods (usually after 6 months though, so probably not yet), plain water drops or increase fibre helps loads. Hugs, I know it's stressful!
