According to self test and app, I'm Week 7, going to polyclinic to see doctor to confirm pregnancy. What reason to tell boss for MC as I intend to keep it secret til after 3 months.

not sure for u but when I have confirmation by doc that I am pregnant, I told my boss but of cos not to colleagues.. so they can better manage things like reduce ur workload and understanding of ur first tri if any discomfort, can maybe WFH etc .
