Week 7, going to polyclinic to see doctor to confirm pregnancy, what reason to tell boss for MC?

Dont have to tell what reason to take MC, just say u got doc appt and u will take MC. When i was doing ivf, i need to frequent take MC (maybe few days once). I just say i got doc appt and will take MC. My manager out of concern ask me what happen and i only say is woman illness and he just stopped asking. Anyways he see the MC is from kkh they will know also.
