I’m at week 26 now, I went both HDL & BITP in my trimester 1. I believe as long as not too frequently or excessively (everyday) it’s okie. Tbh, I have very bad morning sickness around week 8-19, Gynae told me to eat ANYTHING I feel like eating. Just not raw or half cooked food can already.

my gynae said same thing to my hub, let her eat whatever she could stomach as long as not raw nor half cooked. I ended up with a lot of McDonald's

I doubt having it once will harm the baby.. Just monitor and if you feel unwell just go to your gynae or a&e.
