Hi mamsh, since employed ka naman, if you have questions about sss maternity benefits, you can contact your HR directly. They can guide you sa mga requirements. And if wala ka UMID, your Mat1 application will still be granted as long as you have 2 valid ID's issued by the govt. They will accept that. Contact your HR mamsh, advantage na nga na employed ka kasi mas madali sila contakin kesa sa SSS.

Any 2 valid ID's lang po Mamsh or kahit company ID pwede din in-accept nila. Nag pasa po kasi ako Mat1 ko sa HR namin Umid ID and Company ID lang inattached ko and after a month accepted na po Maternity ko. 💕

I don't think makakareceive ka ng UMID ID soon. Ako December 2019 pa nag-process ng ID with change name, wala padin ID. You can file your SSS Maternity without the ID. SSS number lang ang kailangan mo.

you can use two valid Id's naman po if ever. Hindi din ako nakapag process ng Umid before pero nakapag process ako ng Mat1 using two valid Id's, ultrasound result and Mat1 form po.

makakapag claim ka nman po kahit wala po ung UMID id mo as long as may iba ka pang 2valid id's and complete hulog mo po up to 12months prior to your duedate ndn..

2 valid id's momshie,for maternity notification..pwede na yong company id,voters id,postal id.philhealth tin,or even nbi alam ko basta valid.
