9mo baby not crawling

My 9mo baby doesn't like to be in tummy time position and still find it hard to push himself up to crawl. He can rollover, sits very well but all he wants to do is stand up and trying to learn how to walk because he likes playing with his older brother. And he hasn't start babbling. I'm worried and overthinking a lot because my 1st wasn't like this. But my 2nd seemed to have delayed milestones. Anybody experienced this before? Is this normal?

My 9 mth old can sit, cruise, stand, crawl and babble but he prefers to stand and cruise and loves to let go of whatever railing or handles he hold on to & stand for a few secs before he fall butt down. All babies have & grow at different phases. Some skipped crawling but can walk, some vice versa. I have another 4 older kids and not all of them crawl at this age so yes, it's absolutely & perfectly normal!
