Help!! Shoe recommendation for baby

Hello!!! My 9 months old turning 10 months is already walking v well but I can’t find any walking shoe that fits her!!! She’s only size 2 most shoe starts from size 5-5.5!!!! I need shoes for walking size 2 preferably HELPPPPP or if you have any to pass down please let me know!!!
