Just Mums

Red spots on palms

9 days post partum and this appears on both my palms. Some on the sole of my feet as well and it itches. Any idea what these are and if it warrants immediate medical attention? They are not painful.

Hi Mummy, looks like palmar erythema which is caused by your hormones. But would still suggest checking with your doctor for a more appropriate medical advice.

Just went to the GP. Suspected mild HFMD!
