hi my 8month old just vomited his solids after feeding , first time happening i think he may be too full. Was wondering if i need to top up with milk because it isnt his milk time or did he retain some food so i can just wait for his milk time ? Just afraid now that he threw up his solids he might feel empty again….
He is not crying or anything after the vomiting.
