Dermoid cysts during pregnancy can be tricky kasi it really depends on the size, location, and kung may symptoms ka, best talaga na ma-discuss mo ng maigi with your OB kung ano ang safest approach for you and baby, whether it's monitoring lang or if intervention is needed. I haven't personally dealt with this, pero I know some moms here na may had similar cases, so hopefully may makasagot sa iyo soon! Sending you good thoughts, sis.
