8 weeks and 4 days based on the computation from my last period but the ultrasound shows that the size of the baby is 6 weeks and no heartbeat possible po ba ang ganitong cases?

Too early pa po sis balik ka after mga 12weeks para sureness sya ako mga 20weeks na nag pa ultrasound due to tge situation din po kaya natagalan wag mong stressin sarili mo baka makakasama pa yan kay baby.
