Nose block
My 8 week old baby breathes loudly. We think it is a nose block. Is it necessary to clear the nose with saline even though we do not see mucus coming out?

You can use sterimar saline spray and nosefrida aspirator to suck the mucus out. I went to my PD to help with the mucus suctioning as sometimes it’s too deep that it’s hard for me to manually suck it out myself.
