My 8 month old has diarrhoea & fever on-off. I suspect it’s due to teething. Are these symptoms common?

not sure. my baby now is 9mos and she has 4 teeth. she didn't had diarrhea or fever when she was teething. if I'm in your situation better bring baby to doctor.
Yes . Also drooling, irritability, fussy, biting non stop etc
