Red patch rashes

My 7 months old baby have red patch appear on one side of his body, just this morning. Anyone know what is it? Is it heat rash?

Looks like heat rash to me. Try showering him in colder than usual temperature (especially nowadays even my cold water is warm @.@) then dress him in those mesh/holey tank tops. Otherwise just off the fans and let him go topless for awhile.
