Just Mums

Baby has restless sleep

My 6mo LO moves alot in his sleep, sometimes even from one end of the cot to another. He moves multiple times in an hour. Is this normal or is he uncomfortable? I am worried that he is not getting quality sleep :(

I think it’s quite normal. But normally when my baby moves so much I’ll feed him milk and then he will sleep peacefully
