Red spots on baby’s face

Hi, my 6mo has these red spots appearing on his face overnight, it’s mainly his forehead area only, could this be mosquito bites, or food allergy? As have fed him beef for the first time too b4 seeing these red spots. What could it most likely be? #advicepls #worried

It can be a mosquito bite or rash. Does your baby still have it? does the baby itchy that area?
