6 weeks LO have been pooping once a day. until day before yesterday, he pooped 2-3 times a day and it is watery (as photo). he does take breastmilk but is more formula fed due to my low supply. please advise 🙏
6 weeks old’s main source of diet is milk so normal tho the poop it’s not diarrhoea it’s normal! They dont take solids yet so poop is always watery at least for my baby it’s been this way until she started solids
