Is this chicken pox or normal rash?

He's 6 months old and very fast sweat so I'm not sure if this is chicken pox or just sensitive skin.

Is there any fluid in the bump? And how long has it been? And is it just one side or over the body?

no fluid. just red. just happened today when woke up... only hands and leg (expose part) so far body don't have cause he's wearing t shirt so I'm not sure if he's sensitive to our bedsheets
