Had a minor motor accident and not sure if pregnant

6 days na po akong delayed and lagi naman regular ang menstruation ko. Nag pt po ako 3 days ago Negative po lumabas. I'm worried lang po, we had a minor accident yesterday sa motor. napasubsob ako and may kontinv gasgas sa tyan. If i'm pregnant malaking komplikasyon po kaya yun? Thank you and God bless.
