Help- LO diarrhoea

My 5mth old baby been having diarrhoea for a week. Poop color is normal - mustard but with white (?) particles( abit like how it looked when she had mix of bm n fm last time) texture seems normal sometimes abit sticky. Most of the time, poop is not alot (like how sometimes poop accidentally come out when fart) but frequency is high. She’s active, no fever , drinking and peeing well so we didn’t consult the doctor yet. Could it be the milk powder? What should I do? 😭 ifc kept rejecting her but I can’t be taking leave anymore….. sigh!!
