My 50days old baby is not passing motion since 2days Pls help me what to do

If he is exclusively breast feeding baby means need to worry bcz breastfeed easily digestible. Breast feeding baby can poop 7 times in a day or 7 days once need not to bother. If baby both formula milk and breast milk then it should do consult pediatrician
