Bottle feeding difficulties

My 5 month old twins start to drink less milk compare to last time.. they suck the teats.. but never drink so the milk flow never decrease.. they enter infant become like that.. one of the twins start few days before enter infant.. check with pd nothing wrong.. what should i do?#advicepls
