Baby falling from bed

My 5 month old fell from our bed. I didn’t know what went first but she has a minor bruise on her left forehead. Anyone who experienced the same? The bed is 2.5ft high ?

Huhu, pls put ice po ibalot sa cloth then tap po sa bruise ni baby. Yes I experience that pero mabuti na lang hindi sa noo or ulo. Ingat po next time specially sa head po ni baby.
