Light cramping and discomfort when going to the bathroom is pretty common sa early pregnancy dahil lahat ng organs mo ay nag-adjust pa lang, pero since you're only 4 weeks, mas better kung i-check mo na with your OB just to be safe, some cramping is normal pero importante ma-rule out kung may iba pang nangyayari.
