My 40 days old baby is vomiting milk soon after feeding through his nose is it safe Please help me

Vomiting immediate after breast feed means. Baby had more than enough.. breast feed for 5-10 mins then give some gap burp the baby then start after 10 mins
Wait for a day then see. After feeding don't make baby to sleep make sit for 10-15 mins. Burp without miss.
