4 DAYS SPOTTING

4 weeks (possible still not clear or visible on tvs and ultrasound) with sac no yolk no embryo 4days spotting 10 positive PTs taking duphaston as ob prescribed. still spotting until now, light flow (panty liner) light color red slightly brownish. slight cramps advise to follow up after 2 weeks to check if the baby made it. any advise? am i really pregnant? or just illusions? 🥺😭
