Neck suppprt for 4 month old

My 4 months old twins still need support their neck while being carried. They botn prematured at 34 weeks. Is there any thing I can do to strengthen their neck and typically can hold his/her head steady without support?#1stimemom #firstbaby

dots

just do tummy time for them. practice daily and monitor them while practicing. just in case their face are flat on the floor which prevent breathing. also do not practice for too long. you can ask a pediatric for more information on tummy time or read up online. have fun and enjoy their growth.
