Uneven head shape

My 4 month plus old LO head shape look uneven. One side flatter and smaller then other side due to he sleep on one side. Whenever I try to turn him opposite, he will harden his muscle especially neck muscle. He seldom do tummy time and he born preemie. I scared his brain not growing and he will grew up with that shape. What should I do to help him get even shape head and not flat too#advicepls #1stimemom ?

are you doing lying flat on the back for your baby? you may try getting this pillow as it helps in protecting baby head shape. but if your LO is a side sleeper like mine, i would just alternate side. so one sleep/nap she will be sleeping on her right and the next i will put her on her left. also you want to give few minutes of tummy time wheb your lo is awake for your LO to start building his neck muscle? slowly drag the time longer for every practice. also look at your baby when doing it. (; it's scary at the start but you'll do fine. 😉
